There may be certain terms involved that may not guarantee you any cashback at all. For example, the “5%” cashback offered may only be given on certain sections of the store, such as footwear on a fashion website. If you were to purchase anything that was not within these sections then you would not be eligible to receive any cashback.
You may wish to check the terms of service to see if a store allows cashback on gift cards/coupons too.
The amount of cashback you’ll receive may vary with every offer. It all depends on the offer you choose and how much you spend. This could be anything from 0.1% to 100% cashback depending on the store you shop with.
Every store listed on Backify will have their offer percentage clearly displayed along with any terms of their offer. Take a look at what our supported stores offer.
Your cashback can be pending for many reasons. More often than not, the stores we work with will get invoiced for the cashback at the end of the calendar month.
Once the store has done their due diligence and providing the purchase is no longer within any kind of refund period, the store will release the cashback to us. This can take anywhere between 1-12 weeks.
Keep in mind that stores with booking orders will usually only pay out cashback once the booking has been consumed.
Providing you have one or more transactions that have become ‘Approved’, you can request a withdrawal at any time.

Whilst we do our best to track all valid transactions, occasionally one may slip through the net. This could be one of many situations where, for instance, anti-spyware, anti-virus, or other protection on your computer might have prevented the cashback from tracking back to your account.
However, if your transaction doesn’t appear immediately, please don’t panic as it may take up to seven days for it to appear in your account. If the cashback is not showing in your account after seven days, please Contact Us to raise a missing transaction claim.
If you have a transaction showing as rejected in the “Cashback” section of your account, this could be due to one of many reasons. Make sure to read store’s terms before placing an order to make sure your item(s) fall into cashback applicable category.

Whilst we do our very best to monitor every transaction, there may be an occasional mishap. If you believe you have received the incorrect cashback, please Contact Us with your query, and provide as much relevant information as you can. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
Unfortunately, you cannot earn cashback from two websites simultaneously, so using both Backify along with another cashback site will not double the amount of cashback you would expect to receive, and could possibly invalidate your cashback completely.
To make sure your purchase is eligible for cashback use only coupons provided on Backify’s platform. Please check the cashback terms for each individual store to see if you can combine cashback and coupon codes.

If you are having trouble gaining access to your account, we would first recommend resetting your password.
To do this, head on over to the ‘Login’ section on the website and simply click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ tab. When prompted to do so, enter your email address and click ‘Reset Password’; we will send you an email straight away (be sure to check your spam/junk folder).
If this doesn’t solve the problem, please Contact Us before creating a new account as we cannot transfer any cashback earned to a new account.
